Youth Choirs in Movement is a festival for children's and youth choirs with about 1.000 participants, 50% from Bonn and the surrounding region, 50% from other parts of Germany, Europe and beyond. 8 Ateliers with three 3-hour-rehearsals and a final performance, one concert for all participating choirs to listen to each other and indivdiual concerts by participating choirs. Seminar for conductors with Zimfira Polósz, 8/7/2010.
No participation fee. Homestay in families of singers in Bonn and the surrounding region (or in a youth hostel if a choir prefers).

 

The festival Youth Choirs in Movement is supported by the European Union, the Federal Ministry for Family, Seniors, Women and Youth, the Region of Nordrhein-Westfalen, the Landschaftsverband Rheinland and  the City of Bonn.
