Workshop and Concert with Konzertchor Zürcher Sing-Akademie and Timothy Brown in Bonn

The Zürcher Sing-Akademie conducted by Timothy Brown (UK), which also serves as concert choir of the Tonhalle-orchestra Zürich, is touring Germany in October 2012. With the support of the City of Bonn the European Choral Association - Europa Cantat managed to invite this excellent choir to Bonn.
On Friday, October 26th at 16.00 there will be a workshop with Timothy Brown in Pfarrheim St. Maria Magdalena at which the motet cyclus "Ierusalem" by Volker Wangenheim will be presented. At 21.00 the choir will give a concert in which this cycle will have its first integral performance in the presence of the composer, and with works by Palestrina, Purcell and Stanford, in the St. Maria Magdalena church.

Participation in the workshop costs 5 EUR/person (tickets can be ordered from info(at)EuropeanChoralAssociation.org or by phone under +49 228 9125663), tickets for the concert costs 10 EUR/5 EUR if bought in advance through Bonnticket, and 12 EUR/6 EUR if bought at the concet venue on the day of the concert.
